Martes, 4 de noviembre de 2025:
This evening, I watched the following movie in a Japanese-style room.
It was recorded on the built-in HDD of a DIGA (Panasonic DMR-BRW520 BLU-RAY RECORDER, manufactured in 2017). It will be broadcast on TV Tokyo from 1:40 PM on October 31, 2025.
Gogo no Roadshow "12 ROUNDS" (2009, USA, dubbed in Japanese).
I've seen it once or twice before.
It was entertaining. Simply put, it was as expected.
There's a scene in which a man playing a dangerous criminal whom an FBI agent describes as "the devil" interrupts a chess game in a bar and gives both players a hint (the best move. Of course, it's bad etiquette).
Western movies and dramas often feature clever villains who are good at chess.
Inspired by "the devil", I logged into "Lichess" early this morning for the first time in a while and played Chess.
Currently, I lacked the confidence to compete on a global stage, nor did I have the confidence to play against an AI opponent (there are eight levels to choose from), so I played a bit with "EJERCICIOS POR TEMAS" (Tactics: Checkmate Chess.).

I tried setting "Nivel de dificultad" (Difficult Tactics) to "Más difícil (+300)" (Difficult Tactics (+300)), but I kept losing.
My score dropped significantly.
Because I didn't play for a while, my sense (intuitive brain function) becomes dull.
Anyone can play freely on Lichess and Chess.com, even without logging in.
