I'm gonna become… the Pirate King!!

As I predicted, the American president seems to want to be the "Pirate King." He himself has said, "We are pirates" (see the CNN article below), and in reality, the current US military is acting like a pirate (for example, they shot and killed many civilians on civilian ships off the coast of Venezuela).

However, in Mr. Trump's case, his appearance, personality, physique, attitude, actions, and even his methods of warfare seem more like Sir Crocodile (known as the "King of the Desert") (Luffy's arch-enemy) than Luffy the Straw Hat.

Am I the only one who thinks so?

Incidentally, I also feel that the Kingdom of Alabasta and present-day Iran are quite similar.

Am I the only one who thinks so?

President Trump attending a dinner in West Palm Beach, Florida, on May 1st

(CNN) On May 1st, US President Trump, referring to the recent incident in which the US Navy fired upon and seized an Iranian cargo ship, used the expression, "It was like a kind of pirate."

Trump stated, "The (Iranian civilian) ship stopped. They used a tugboat, so we boarded it and seized control of the ship. We took the cargo and the oil. This is a very profitable business." He described the seizure as "like piracy."

When the US military seized the ship, the Iranian military described the act as "maritime robbery" and "piracy."

According to a post by Iranian state broadcaster IRIB on Telegram, the Iranian military warned at the time that "the forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran will soon take countermeasures and retaliate against this act of armed piracy by the United States."
