A 41-year-old Chinese man was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a man in his 80s in a public restroom in Ōita Prefecture this September.
The suspect arrested on suspicion of non-consensual sexual intercourse is Yang Shuhua (41), a Chinese company employee from Bungo-Ōno City, Ōita Prefecture.
According to police, Yang allegedly sexually assaulted an unemployed man in his 80s while he was using an outdoor public restroom in the prefecture around 8:00 PM on September 6th.
The incident came to light when the victim reported the incident to the police.
During police questioning, Yang admitted to the charges, saying, "There's no mistake."
Police are currently investigating the details of the incident.
